Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

  • We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States, including PO Box addresses. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days on your location. Delivery times may be longer during holidays and peak shopping seasons.

  • Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipment notification.

  • We can only cancel or modify orders that haven't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com if you need changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can return items according to our returns policy.

  • Contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com. We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, you'll need to work with the carrier or wait for the package to return to us for reshipping (additional charges may apply).

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 365-day return policy on all products. A $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

  • Yes, we accept returns on opened, used, or unopened products within 365 days of purchase.

  • Contact our customer support team at experience@rebelxskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item at no cost, and the $6.99 return fee will be waived.

Post-Procedure Products

  • After many non-ablative treatments (microneedling, non-ablative laser resurfacing, superficial chemical peels), our Post-Procedure products can be used as part of normal aftercare once any immediate post-procedure protocols are followed. Avoid applying to open, unhealed or actively peeling skin. For ablative or deep resurfacing procedures (e.g., CO₂ laser), wait until the skin has fully re-epithelialized and your clinician confirms it's safe to resume topical products. Always follow your treating clinician's aftercare plan.

  • Re-epithelialization means the skin's surface has closed over and a new layer of epidermis has formed. Timing varies by procedure; your provider will advise when you may safely resume most topical skincare.

  • Yes, our Post-Procedure products are clinically tested for safety in subjects following non-ablative resurfacing procedures and are clinically proven to repair compromised skin, significantly reduce redness while healing, and support barrier recovery.

  • No, do not use on skin that is open or actively bleeding. Use only on intact skin and avoid applying to open wounds, actively bleeding or crusted areas.
