Delivery timeframes are calculated by our shipping carriers at checkout and typically range from 3-7 business days for most locations within the contiguous US, though actual delivery times may vary based on your location.

Order Tracking & Updates

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after your shipment notification email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, or if it appears stuck, please contact us at experience@rebelxskincare.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Because we process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible, we can only cancel or modify orders that haven't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, but you can return it according to our returns policy.

Please contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com if you realize you've provided an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You will need to work directly with the shipping carrier or wait for the package to be returned to us, at which point we can reship it to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply).
Shipment Protection & Issues

Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery.
