Return Eligibility

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 365 days of purchase for a refund - even if opened or used.

  • We accept returns on all products, whether opened, used, or unopened, as long as they are returned within 365 days of purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns on:

    • Products marked as final sale
    • Items purchased during final sale promotions
  • A flat $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs once our warehouse has received your returned product.

How to Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at experience@rebelxskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return is authorized. The cost of this label ($6.99) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed. Ship your return using the prepaid label we provide.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you, and the $6.99 return fee will be waived for damaged or defective items.
