If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 365 days of purchase for a refund - even if opened or used.

We accept returns on all products, whether opened, used, or unopened, as long as they are returned within 365 days of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on:
- Products marked as final sale
- Items purchased during final sale promotions

A flat $6.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs once our warehouse has received your returned product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the $6.99 return fee. Please note that while we process refunds immediately upon approval, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at experience@rebelxskincare.com.
How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at experience@rebelxskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return is authorized. The cost of this label ($6.99) will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure items are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed. Ship your return using the prepaid label we provide.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at experience@rebelxskincare.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you, and the $6.99 return fee will be waived for damaged or defective items.
